Q： Can I deposit with my Credit Card in Debit Card deposit?
A： No, you cannot deposit using your credit card, and only debit card types are supported. The payment will fail with a credit card.
Q： I received an "authentication failed" when depositing via debit card. Why?
A： Our payment methods do not support your debit card, or you may have exceeded the time limit to approve the transaction in your banking app, or after approving the payment, you did not return to the deposit page to complete the process. To resolve this, please approve the transaction and return to the deposit page before it times out. If that doesn't work, try using a different card service provider, such as Visa or Mastercard, or consider other deposit methods like Wire or ACH.
