What do I do if I encounter a bug on your site?

Please include the following information so that we can provide you with the best possible response:

  • Are you on a computer or phone/tablet?

  • Which browser are you using? Can you try a different browser?

  • Remember to delete cookies and other cache files, as well as your browsing history, as this can resolve this type of problem.

Finally, if the bug persists, can you send us a screenshot (full screen) so that we can pass it on to the technical team?
