Find out how you can make changes to your booking.

You originally chose a slot, but it no longer suits you?

You can change your slot to a future date!

  1. To do this, once logged in to your account, go to the "My workshops" section. Here you will find all your past and future workshops:

  2. To change or reschedule your workshop, simply click on 'Manage my reservation'.

    • If your booking has been cancelled and is on standby, you will need to reschedule.

    • If your booking is scheduled for a specific date, you can always change the date (within the permitted timeframe).

  3. All you need to do is select the slot of your choice from the drop down menu and then confirm your choice by clicking on 'Change the date of my reservation':

Please note that it is also possible to put your booking on hold and choose a later date.

Once the date has been changed or put on hold, you will receive a confirmation email ! ✨

Please note that no changes can be made less than 4 days before the workshop.
