What is Wecandoo cancellation policy?

Until when can I change or cancel my booking?

If you are unable to attend your workshop, you can reschedule, cancel, or transfer your booking to someone else as long as your request is made within 4 days of the workshop. Our reservations are not nominative, meaning you can give your spot to a friend or family member if you can't attend. To manage your booking, go to your 'My Workshops' page 🖱️

In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • Requests made 4 days or more before the scheduled workshop date: cancellation, postponement, or transfer to another person is possible, free of charge.

  • Requests made less than 4 days before the scheduled workshop date: it is not possible to cancel or postpone your booking, except in rare, exceptional and justified cases, and only with the agreement of the artisan. However, you may still transfer your spot to someone else as reservations are not nominative..

In the event of a change, please notify us at least 4 days before the workshop. Our artisans need this time to organise and prepare for the arrival of their participants and to ensure that their workshops run smoothly. Late cancellations cause the artisans to lose money, so please respect this deadline and be understanding! 💙

If the artisan agrees to let you reschedule your workshop, your reservation will be placed 'on hold.' You can then choose a new workshop date by:

  1. Logging into your Wecandoo account

  2. Going to the My Workshops section

  3. Following the instructions to book a new date

Please note that some workshops are in high demand, which may lead to delays in finding an available slot.

If your workshop is canceled (for example, due to low participant numbers) and the proposed rescheduling dates do not suit you, Wecandoo can help you find another workshop to attend. Please reach out to our support team for assistance. In the event of a refund, you will receive the money within 10 working days (our payment provider's deadline).
