Unfortunately, Wecandoo will be closing its activities in the UK, the Netherlands and Flanders on 31st March 2025. After this date, there will be no more slots available in the artisans’ calendars and any unused cards will be fully refunded to the buyer.
As you have used your gift card to make a booking for a specific date, it can no longer be used.
Your booking has been put on hold. You do not need to use your gift code to reschedule. You will need to go directly to your Wecandoo account, under 'My Workshops': https://wecandoo.com/my-workshops to book a new slot before 31st March 2025.
Here's how to reschedule your booking yourself:
1. Log into your account using your email address.
2. If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Forgotten password'. You will need to re-enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
3. Once logged into your account, click on your name in the top right hand corner. A menu will appear.
4. Click on 'My Workshops'. You will find your 'pending' workshop in a table.
5. Click on 'Reschedule'.
6. You will see suggested dates. Feel free to click on the drop down menu to see the other suggestions.
7. Select your date and click 'I confirm'.
8. Congratulations! You have booked your workshop 😃. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

You can ask us for a refund. If your booking was done via a giftcard, it will be fully refunded to the buyer.
