As you have used your gift card to make a booking for a specific date, it can no longer be used. Don't worry about its expiry date 🙂 .
Your booking has been put on hold. This status is not temporary. You can take as long as you like to reschedule your workshop. You do not need to use your gift code to reschedule. You will need to go directly to your Wecandoo account, under 'My Workshops': https://wecandoo.com/my-workshops.
Here's how to reschedule your booking yourself:
1. Log into your account using your email address.
2. If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Forgotten password'. You will need to re-enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
3. Once logged into your account, click on your name in the top right hand corner. A menu will appear.
4. Click on 'My Workshops'. You will find your 'pending' workshop in a table.
5. Click on 'Reschedule'.
6. You will see suggested dates. Feel free to click on the drop down menu to see the other suggestions.
7. Select your date and click 'I confirm'.
8. Congratulations! You have booked your workshop 😃. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
No dates available or not convenient for you? You can suggest a date to the craftsman by going to the workshop page in question, then clicking on "view dates" to see a "suggest a date" link in the bottom right-hand corner. You can also directly transform your pending reservation into a gift code of equal value. Click here to find out how.
You can also sign up for an alert that will send you an e-mail as soon as new slots come on line (up to a limit of 3 reminders). from the workshop page.
There is a limit of 5 date moves.
