Until when can I change or cancel my booking?

If you are unable to attend your workshop, you can reschedule or cancel your booking as long as your request is made within 4 days of the workshop. To manage your booking, go to your 'My Workshops' page 🖱️

In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • Requests made 4 days or more before the scheduled workshop date: cancellation or postponement is possible, free of charge.

  • Requests made less than 4 days before the scheduled workshop date: it is not possible to cancel or postpone your booking, except in rare, exceptional and justified cases, and only with the agreement of the artisan.

In the event of a change, please notify us at least 4 days before the workshop. Our artisans need this time to organise and prepare for the arrival of their participants and to ensure that their workshops run smoothly. Late cancellations cause the artisans to lose money, so please respect this deadline and be understanding! 💙

In the event of a refund, you will receive the money within 10 working days (our payment provider's deadline).
