Our cancellation policy

Until when can I change or cancel my booking?

If you are unable to attend your workshop, you can move your booking to another slot or cancel it, provided your request is made no more than 4 days before the workshop. To manage your reservation, go to your "My workshops" page 🖱️

In the event of postponement or cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • Requests made 4 days before the scheduled workshop date: cancellation or postponement is possible, free of charge.

  • Requests made less than 4 days before the scheduled workshop date: it is impossible to cancel or postpone your reservation, except in rare, special and justified situations, and only with the agreement of the craftsman.

In the event of a change, please notify us at least 4 days before the workshop. Our craftsmen need this time to organize and prepare for the arrival of their participants, thus ensuring that their workshops run smoothly. Late cancellations cause artisans dry losses, so we ask you to respect this deadline and remain understanding! 💙

In the event of a refund, you will receive the money within 10 working days (our payment provider's deadline).
