Can I get an invoice?

I would like to receive an invoice / proof of purchase for my order.

Good to know:

  • Products sold by Wecandoo (gift card, paper card) are invoiced together immediately after your order is placed. Wecandoo is the issuer of the invoice, the buyer is the recipient.

  • Products sold by artisans (workshop bookings) are invoiced 4 days after the workshop. The craftsman is the issuer of the invoice, the buyer of the reservation is the recipient.

Where to find it :

  • By email, following your purchase, or 4 days after booking your workshop if you have purchased a direct booking,

  • In your Personal Area.

  • In the case of a reservation, a proof of purchase is of course available in your Personal Area, even before you have booked the workshop.
