There are several possibilities:
1. You are not connected to the right Wecandoo account.
It often happens that several accounts are created (via Facebook and then via another email). If you have made a booking and can no longer find it, it is simply on a different account.
If you have made a mistake and created a second account, write to us and we will help you find your booking.
It is also possible that someone else made the booking for you, as a gift or to help you with your booking.
If this is the case, check that the address linked to the booking is not theirs! If it is, any changes can be made from that account.
2. Your booking is on hold but your gift code no longer works?
As indicated when you tried to use your gift code, it is now associated with a pending reservation. You will need to go directly to your Wecandoo account under 'My Workshops': https://wecandoo.uk/mes-ateliers to rebook your booking for a new date!
