You can transform your booking into a gift code amount, equal in value to the initial workshop, and valid for 1 year on all workshops on our site.

Log in to your Wecandoo profile. If you encounter a problem with logging into your account, an article will help you by clicking right here.

1. Go to “My workshops”, and click on “Manage my reservation”:

2. Click on the “Cancel my booking” button. A window will appear. You can then click on “Choose another workshop”:

All you have to do is click on “Confirm”, and the gift card will be sent directly to your mailbox!

And that's it! ✨You've turned your reservation into a gift voucher. You'll receive it by e-mail, and can also find it in your personal space, “My gifts” tab.

💲This gift code works like a kitty: if you choose a cheaper workshop, you'll be left with the difference to use on a future purchase; if you choose a more expensive workshop, you'll have to top it up with the payment method of your choice.

Please note that the validity of a gift code ends on the date on which you make the reservation.

In other words, there's no problem booking a workshop that will be held after the expiration date as long as you place the order before! 😃

➡️ Please note: it is possible to change your reservation to a gift voucher if, and only if, you are within the time allowed, i.e. D-4 before the workshop. The same applies to cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
