How do you cancel your booking?

You have booked a workshop, but wish to cancel it, here's a guide on how to do so.

You can postpone your workshop to a later date, convert your reservation into a gift voucher or cancel your reservation if you are within the authorized timeframe, i.e. more than 4 days before the workshop.

Please note that any request to cancel or postpone a reservation made less than 4 days before the workshop will be refused, except in exceptional cases and with the agreement of the artisan.

How to proceed :

  1. Find your upcoming reservation in the "My workshops" section of your account :

2. Click on "Manage my reservation":

3. And then, click on "Cancel my booking" :

4. Choose whether you wish to convert your reservation into a gift card valid for 1 year on the entire site, or a refund to the card used for the purchase. Refunds will be made within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note that a refund is only possible if the initial reservation was made by credit card and no discount or gift voucher was used. In this case, the refund option will not be available.

If you are out of time, please fill in the form and remember to click "Confirm cancellation request". We'll get back to you as soon as possible!


🪄 Reminder of the cancellation conditions:

You can have a full refund (without any fees) if you submit a request 4 days before the workshop.

If you cancel within 4 days, we reserve the right to refuse your postponement and/or cancellation request.

No refund is made if you make a cancellation request 48 hours before the workshop.

➡️ Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
