How do I cancel my booking?

You have booked a workshop, but wish to cancel it, here's a guide on how to do so.

You can reschedule your workshop, convert your booking to a gift card or cancel your booking if you are within the permitted timeframe, more than 4 days before the workshop.

Please note that any request to cancel or postpone a booking made less than 4 days before the workshop will be refused, except in exceptional circumstances and with the agreement of the artisan.

How to proceed :

  1. Find your upcoming booking in the "My workshops" section of your account :

2. Click on "Manage my reservation":

3. And then, click on "Cancel my booking" :

4. Choose whether you would like to convert your booking into a gift card valid for 1 year on the entire site, or a refund to the card used for the purchase. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note that refunds are only available if the original reservation was made by credit card and no discount or gift card was used. In this case the refund option is not available.

If you are running out of time, please complete the form and remember to click 'Confirm Cancellation Request'. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!


🪄 Reminder of the cancellation policy :

You can get a full refund (without any charges) if you make a request 4 days before the workshop, if the booking is made without any gift card.

If you cancel within 4 days, we reserve the right to refuse your rescheduling and/or cancellation request.

There will be no refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before the workshop.

➡️ Gift cards are non-refundable.
