If you try (unsuccessfully) to enter your gift voucher and it does not work, there are several possibilities:
Your gift voucher has expired: contact us at hello@wecandoo.com so that we can look into your case.
Your gift voucher is not recognised: Check that you are not in possession of a gift box, in which case you will need to use it on the page provided for this purpose, right here 🎁
Be sure to check the numbers and letters used!
The letter O and the number 0
The letter I and the number 1
The I and the lowercase L (l)
The letter B and the number 8
...
If in doubt, whenever possible, it is best to copy and paste your code directly into the box provided.
Your gift voucher is considered to be already used: check in your personal space, under "My workshops", that you don't have a workshop waiting to be replaced! All you have to do is choose a new date directly from there. You can also choose to convert your booking into a gift voucher valid for all our workshops. Here is an article that will guide you through the options available for managing your booking.
