How can I find out?
To check the validity of a gift card, you can enter your gift code directly on the gift card page.
If you have already entered your gift code on the website, simply log into your account, click on 'My Account' and then click on 'My Gifts'. The expiry date will be noted on the gifts you receive.
If a gift card code is nearing its expiration date, ensure to check its validity promptly to avoid missing out on your desired workshop!
You should also be aware that the expiry date of a gift card is the date on which you make the booking.
In other words, there's no problem booking a workshop that takes place after the expiry date, as long as you place your order before then! 😃
Just make your booking while your code is still valid.
Example: My code is valid until 31/01, I make my booking on 29/01 for my workshop which will take place on 05/03.

Managing Workshop Cancellations
In cases where workshops are canceled or rescheduled, Wecandoo offers flexible options to ensure you can still use your booking or gift card. Here's what you can do:
Change to a Different Workshop: Choose another exciting workshop from the Wecandoo catalog.
Reschedule the Same Workshop: Simply pick a new date for the workshop you initially selected.
Request a Refund: If changing or rescheduling doesn't work for you, you can request a refund for the canceled workshop.
Please note :
Our gift cards are non-refundable but can be exchanged for any workshop on our website.
All gift cards purchased on or after 20 September 2023 are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Gift cards purchased before 20 September 2023 are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, after the Covid period.
