If you try (unsuccessfully) to enter your gift code and it does not work, there are several possibilities:
Your gift card has expired: contact us at hello@wecandoo.com so that we can look into your case.
Your gift code is not recognised: Check that you do not have a craft gift box, in which case you will need to use it on the dedicated page, right here 🎁.
Be sure to check the numbers and letters used!
- The letter O and the number 0
- The letter I and the number 1
- The I and the lowercase L (l)
- The letter B and the number 8
If in doubt, whenever possible, it is best to copy and paste your code directly into the box provided.
Your gift voucher is considered to be already used: check in your personal space, under "My workshops", that you don't have a workshop waiting to be replaced! All you have to do is choose a new date directly from there. You can also choose to convert your booking into a gift card valid for any of our workshops.
