Unfortunately, Wecandoo will be closing its activities in the UK, the Netherlands and Flanders on 31st March 2025. After this date, there will be no more slots available in the artisans’ calendars and any unused cards will be fully refunded to the buyer.
If you've cancelled your booking or has been unfortunately cancelled and you'd like to take advantage of it to get a gift code of the same value, valid for all our workshops before 31st March 2025, here's how to do it:
1. Log in!
2. Go to 'My Workshops' and click on 'Manage my booking' for the workshop you wish to manage:
3. In this case, click on 'Cancel my booking' :
4. Then click on 'Choose another workshop':
5. This will take you to a cancellation page where you can confirm the cancellation of the pending status of your original booking for conversion into a gift code. The gift code will be sent directly to your inbox:
And that's it! All you have to do now is take advantage of one of our workshops by entering your new code, either directly here or in the box provided in your shopping basket !
Please note : This will work if and only if your booking was made with a payment by credit card / or a gift card, fully.
