You've cancelled your booking, or it has unfortunately been cancelled, and you'd like to take advantage of it to get a gift code of the same value, valid on all our workshops?

Here's how to do it:

1. Log in!

2. Go to “My workshops”, and in the relevant workshop, click on “Manage my reservation” :

3. In this case, click on “Cancel my booking” :

4. Then click on “Choose another workshop”:

5. This will take you to a cancellation page, allowing you to confirm the cancellation of the pending status of your initial reservation, for conversion into a gift code. The gift card will be sent directly to your mailbox:

And that's it! ✨Now all you have to do is take advantage of one of our workshops, by entering the new code, either directly here, or in the box provided in your basket!
