Please remember to include the following information in your message, so that we can either answer you directly, or pass on the request and then get back to you :
Which workshop / artisan are you talking about? With nearly 4,000 workshops on our site, the more information we have, the more efficient we'll be in informing you. Ideally, you should send us the exact name of the workshop, its town, and the name of the craftsman.
Make your request as precise as possible, and don't forget to read and scroll down as much as you can of the description on the workshop page, as it contains a lot of information!
Please note:
For any date requests, these are available via the calendar on the chosen workshop page. Within this calendar, you'll have the option of proposing dates, for those artisans who allow it.
If this calendar is not available due to a lack of dates, the option to subscribe to the new dates alert is available and very effective, as is the privatization request if you wish to privilege a privatization for a workshop that allows it. It is therefore not necessary to contact us to propose a date or a slot to the artisan.

You'll receive all the address, contact and other important information you need to make sure your workshop runs smoothly, in your confirmation and reminder email. Don't forget to read it in its entirety!
