If you cannot find your Welmi subscription in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) Subscriptions list, it means your payment went through our online checkout instead of through the app stores. In this case, we cancel your subscription manually on our side.
Note: This applies to your Welmi Pro subscription (the recurring plan that gives access to the app). The Welmi AI Bundle (Body Scan + AI Health Report) is a one-time purchase and does not need to be cancelled — it stays on your account permanently.
First, please check the stores
Before contacting us, do a quick check — this is the fastest path for most customers, and most Welmi subscriptions are in one of these lists:
iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → look for Welmi. Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → look for Welmi.

If Welmi is not in either store
Then your payment came through our online checkout. A few hints that this is your case:
You don't remember going to the App Store or Play Store to pay
You paid from a link, an ad, or a webpage
Your card statement or banking app shows a charge from "T Shaped Apps" — this is the legal name of the company that operates Welmi
You have a Stripe receipt email in your inbox with the header "Receipt from T-SHAPED APPS LTD" — Stripe is our billing provider
The receipt line item inside the email says "Welmi" next to the amount
To cancel, reply to this conversation and include:
The email address you used when you signed up for Welmi
Confirmation that you checked both App Store and Google Play and didn't find the subscription there
Our support team will cancel your subscription and confirm by email, usually within one business day.
Important
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past payments. If you want a refund, see How to request a refund.
Deleting the Welmi app does not cancel the subscription — we still have to cancel it on our side.
You can re-subscribe at any time from inside the Welmi app.
