Same platform transfers (iPhone → iPhone, Android → Android)
Transfers are only possible within the same platform. This is because subscriptions are managed separately by Apple and Google.
iPhone → iPhone:
Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new iPhone.
Download Welmi from the App Store.
Go through the onboarding flow.
Tap the Restore button on the pricing screen.
If you forgot your Apple ID credentials, recover them at iforgot.apple.com.
Android → Android:
Sign in with the same Google account on your new Android device.
Download Welmi from Google Play.
Go through the onboarding flow.
Tap the Restore button on the pricing screen.
If Restore is not working on Android: - Verify your subscription is still active in Google Play → Subscriptions. - Restart the app and try again.
