How to Add a Product

To add a product, go to the products page by clicking on the cube icon on the left

Next, click on Add Product at the upper right.

This will open the New Product page where you can add Image(s), a product name, and SKU numbers,

Assigning your product to a category is optional, here's how to add categories.

Make your products available on your e-commerce storefront and take orders while you sleep.

And, Indicate if it is a food or non-food item

Input your sales price and provide a purchase price to automatically calculate your gross revenue.

Before you can start selling this item you have to provide a starting quantity. Food items do not require a starting quantity.

If you want to be alerted when your stock reaches below a quantity indicate that number here. You'll receive an email notification when the quantity falls below this level

Now you can add a short description about your products.

A good product description helps the consumer to make good buying decisions. It provides the buyer with more detail or information about the selected product. It helps to know whether the product can satisfy the needs, wants, and desires of the consumer.

It’s not the quality of the text that makes a product description good. It’s the ability to satisfy the shopper’s inner questions. Guide your customer to focus on the key benefits using visual cues and appealing images with the Text Editor.

Once you’re happy, click Add on the upper right and that’s it! You’ve just added your first product onto the Wemu platform.
