When employees and managers have both given their ratings, these can be added to a 1:1 meeting agenda for discussion.
When setting up a 1:1, if the Appraisal/Performance conversation template is used, it will automatically add these to the agenda for discussion.
Ratings can be added manually to the agenda from the options on the left hand side (you may need to expand the left hand side using the orange arrow to view the Ratings that can be added, as shown below).

Click the + sign to add the Ratings to the agenda.
The employee/manager/agreed ratings can be opened and completed during the 1:1 once added by click the 'Complete' button (see below).
This will open a screen where you can view the ratings and complete the agreed ratings section following discussion, adding comments to each as required.
