Don't panic if you have forgotten your password, this is easily sorted!

To reset your password

  1. Go to the login screen at https://app.wethrive.net/accounts/login/

  2. Underneath the login button is some text "Forgotten your password? Reset it via email"

  3. Click the Reset it via email link and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If this is not received within a few minutes please check your spam/junk folder.

  4. If you continue to experience problems please contact our support team.
