If users leave comments in another language, the comments remain visible in this language and are not translated back to English.
Can I send custom bespoke surveys in other languages?
Yes, but you will need to add your questions to the system in the language required, as the system will not translate these automatically for you.
Clients sometimes survey different office locations by setting up separate surveys for each location, and adding the same custom questions into each but in the correct language for that particular office.
