What is the new pulse survey feature?
Previously when scheduling your survey, the system automatically used our WeThrive questionnaire based on our 4C model, and you could add your own custom questions to the end of the WeThrive survey. But now you can also create your own bespoke pulse surveys.
You can create your own set of survey questions from scratch - these can be free-text or use our 0-10 sliding scale (you can change the scale labels used). We've created a library of example questions to help give you some ideas...
Who can run pulse surveys?
The pulse survey feature is available to all WeThrive customers, no matter what subscription you have.
ProTeam and Pro121 customers have access to the WeThrive survey AND pulse survey feature. When you schedule a survey you can choose which one to use.
What do the pulse survey results look like?
When the pulse survey closes, export the results into a spreadsheet for a simple, straight forward analysis. Each respondents set of results will appear on each row of the spreadsheet.
Whether the results are anonymous or non-anonymous will depend on your subscription:
Pulse Only / ProTeam - the results will be anonymous.
- Employee names and Team names WILL NOT appear in the spreadsheet.
- Include a pulse question asking staff for their Name and/or which Team they work in if you want these to appear against each individual's set of results.
Pro121 - the results will be non-anonymous.
- Each employee's name will appear next to their set of scores and comments.
- So there's no need to ask employees for this information within the survey.
