Add Organisation Resources

You most likely have your own resources to help employees and managers when they’re feeling stressed or need support. But how do employees know when to use them? We have a brand new feature now available that allows administrator users to add organisation resources to survey results.

How does it work?

When viewing your survey dashboard, within your coaching and wellbeing actions, you receive some recommendations as well as some WeThrive hand-picked learning resources which provide further advice, guidance and information on the challenges that teams are highlighting in their results.

Now, as an administrator you can add organisation resources to the different challenge areas that come out of the survey so these are automatically shared with employees viewing their survey dashboard.

Under the 'Resources' tab, there is a new drop down called Manage Organisation Resources. Here, you can add a new resource and choose which area of the WeThrive 4C model it relates to. Click below for help adding your own resources to your account.

Brand New Homepage

We've updated the app with a brand new homepage! Your homepage is now split into 2 sections:

  • Me - this is where you can view your own individual survey results, and keep track of any actions and goals you have set for yourself as an individual employee.

  • My Team - if you have a Manager login, you will have this new team section that allows you to keep track of the goals you've created to act on team feedback. Here you will find:

    • Any goals you set for your team will appear under you.

    • Any employees who have been assigned to you by your administrator will appear here.

    • If any of your assigned employees have their own Employee logins, you can view the goals and actions they've been working on individually under each person's name. If they don't have their own logins, this may appear blank to begin with.
