Both new surveys can now be taken by any individual - whether they have a log in to WeThrive or not. Both survey email invites include a unique survey link for each individual to click on and complete.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Survey

Provides employees with their own results, action plans & resources to help improve their own wellbeing.
Provides managers with an overview of their team's 16 scores - we don't provide manager action plans for this survey type.
Can be taken within the individuals account whenever they would like to complete and receive an individual report - they don't have to be invited.
Individuals can set confidential actions or goals that are visible only in their own login.
Diversity, Equality, Equity and Inclusion Survey

Provides managers with with their team's results, action plans & resources.
Employees must be invited to take part, they cannot take it whenever they'd like to.
