At WeThrive, we take all of our customer feedback on board and are always looking for ways we can improve the platform, to ensure your experience using WeThrive is the best it can be. With this in mind, our development team are working hard to bring you brand new features!

Take a look at our product roadmap below, summarising some very exciting new features coming soon to WeThrive in order of delivery:

  • Bulk-scheduling & creation of 121 meetings and agendas

  • Templates for 121 meeting agendas

  • Peer to peer feedback

  • Improved custom question results export - segment and group results using the filter options available

  • SSO with Microsoft Teams

Q4 2024

  • Performance Management export - download data regarding performance management activity

New features added to WeThrive in recent months:

Trend analysis & comparison reporting

  • Track overall engagement/mental health/DEEI scores over time.

  • Compare all 16 areas measured in the engagement/mental health/DEEI surveys across multiple surveys.

  • Managers can compare their assigned group's results to the organisation's results.

  • Benchmark the engagement/mental health/DEEI results against others in the same sector or to organisations of a similar size.

  • Publish these comparison reports to user homepages.

Improved HRIS integration

  • Automatically update employee data including adding new starters and removing leavers.

  • Automatic manager logins and employee assignments.

  • Team/Department, Location, Manager, Gender & Ethnicity data is mapped across (dependent on HRIS fields available).

Peer to peer feedback

  • Give anytime feedback to others within the organisation.

  • Give recognition to your peers.

  • Share suggestions for improvement with your peers.

  • Request feedback from your peers about yourself.

  • Managers can request and view all feedback about their team members.

  • Add recent feedback to 1:1 meeting agendas.
