Within WeThrive, you can view your own results and action plans to different surveys you've taken part in.
You can set yourself personal development goals based on your own results from Engagement and Mental Health surveys, and create your own goals from scratch.
Below explains how to do both. If you'd like to know more about what is visible to your manager and administrators, click here.
Create a goal using your own survey results
1. To access your results, click Surveys in the main menu.
2. On this page, click the My Surveys tab. This will take you to a page where you can view your individual report from any survey you've taken part in.
3. Click View report next to the survey results you want to view. Here you'll find your 16 scores, and underneath are expandable recommendation sections with some suggested actions for your lowest scoring areas.
4. To create a goal within the area you'd like to focus on, expand that area to view your top 2 pieces of feedback and the action plan/resources provided to help you tackle it.
5. Click Create goal with below actions to create your goal. The system will automatically pull through the suggested actions and resources into one goal.
6. On this page, you can edit the goal name and description, edit the actions underneath and remove any you don't want to include using the orange X button.
You can also add your own actions using the Add action button at the bottom of the page.
7. For each action, set yourself a due date and update the status for any you are already working on.
8. Once happy, click Create goal at the top of the page.
Your Goal will now appear on your homepage, and on the Goals page, where you can come back in and edit any time.
