We are kicking off 2023 with a bang! Below, view the new/updated features released this month:

New question types

You can now add 2 different types of question to your surveys (see images below):

  • Radio buttons - select one option from a list of many

  • Multiple choice - select as many options as required from a list of many

These new question types are available to include in:

  • Engagement surveys (as custom questions)

  • Pulse surveys

  • The new Performance Review questionnaires

Preview Pulse surveys before scheduling

When setting up a pulse survey with your own question set, you can preview your question set before sending to your team. During the survey set up, when selecting your questions, a new orange button labelled 'Preview question set' will allow you to review your survey before scheduling (see below).

New Performance Review questionnaire

A brand new Performance Review questionnaire is now available within a new section of the WeThrive platform. From a new Reviews page accessible in the main menu, you can send this questionnaire to employees ahead of your next 1:1s/appraisals - send to one individual, or to a group. Click here for more details about the new Reviews section.

If the new Reviews page isn't available in your main menu, it may not be included in your subscription - contact your Customer Success Manager for details.

Customise your question set

  • Use the WeThrive recommended questions as they are

  • Edit existing questions

  • Add/remove questions

  • Re-order your questions

  • Preview your question set before sending

View Performance Review results

Performance review questionnaires are always non-anonymous due to the individual nature of the topic - you can access individual results on the new Reviews page which consists of 2 new tabs:

Team Reviews tab

  • Send the same set of questions to a group and view each individual's set of responses, or export all individual results into a spreadsheet.

Individual Reviews tab

  • Send one individual a questionnaire straight away.

  • View each individual's latest report.

  • Click on an individual's name to view their historic review results.
