When scheduling an engagement survey in WeThrive, the administrator setting it up can choose whether they run the survey anonymously or non-anonymously.

When you open your survey link, there will be a message at the bottom of the page telling you which option was chosen.

If the engagement survey is anonymous:

  • Only average scores for groups of 4 or more people can be viewed.

  • If there are less than 4 completions in a group, the user cannot view that group's average scores and comments separately from the overall results.

  • No individual sets of results are available.

  • Comments are arranged by which area of work they relate to and are not viewable as part of one individual response.

If the engagement survey is non-anonymous:

  • Average scores for teams of less than 4 are available to view.

  • Individual sets of scores are available to view.

  • Comments can still only be viewed at team-level where there are more than 4 completions.
