This help file will take you through how to set up a 1:1 as a manager, as well as how to accept an employee's request for a 1:1 meeting.

Schedule a 1:1 with your employee

  1. Go to Reviews > 1:1 agendas > Create new agenda.

  2. You will then be prompted to enter the details for the 1:1 – title, description, the employee you are inviting, and the date and time of the 1:1.

  3. Click Save and then you will be taken to the next page, where you can create the agenda for your 1:1.

  4. At this point you can either begin to create the agenda (click here for more info), or click Back and return to this at a later time.

    1. Alternatively, if you are ready to invite your employee to the 1:1, you can select Save and send invite, which will inform them that the 1:1 has been scheduled, and as above, you can return to the agenda to continue editing this later.

If your employee requests a 1:1

If your employee requests a 1:1 from their own WeThrive login (if they have one), you will receive an email informing you to log into your WeThrive account to respond to this request.

  1. Go to Reviews > 1:1 agendas.

  2. Here you will be able to see if any of your employees have requested a 1:1.

  3. You can either accept or decline the request. The employee will be notified either way.

  4. Once you have accepted the 1:1 request, click Edit against the relevant scheduled 1:1 and you can begin to create your meeting agenda.
