How to create an intelligenda

Create an intelligent agenda for your next 1:1 meeting with an employee using recent results

Once you have scheduled a 1:1, you can then begin to create an agenda for your meeting using our Intelligenda function. Your employee will also be able to log in and add items to the agenda if they have an employee login.

  1. Go to Reviews > 1:1 agendas.

  2. Find the agenda that you would like to access and click Edit.

  3. You will then be able to use the Intelligenda to select agenda items that you would like to discuss during the 1:1. Here you will be able to view their pre-performance review responses, engagement survey results, and any goals employees may have set. You can choose to select specific elements from these and this will then populate these elements of your 1:1 agenda.

  4. You can also add your own custom agenda items, as well as shared notes that your employee can view.

  5. Finally, you can fill out a ‘Talent Snapshot’ for your employee (visible only to yourself as a manager), to evaluate if they are performing in line with expectations based on a series of categories and assessing areas such as salary and progression.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the agenda and click Save and send invite.
