When completing your survey, if the message at the bottom of the survey says 'Your responses are anonymous', you can rest assured that your organisation has chosen to run the survey anonymously and your individual results cannot be viewed.

Below is an explanation of how the results are grouped together and viewed in WeThrive to maintain anonymity.

When viewing survey results in WeThrive, no individual results are available to view. We are only able to see the average scores for teams with 4 or more completions.

The system will not provide access to the individual scores that contribute to the team.

Also, if there are less than 4 completions in a team, the system will not allow us to view that team's average scores separate from the organisation's overall scores.

Comments are arranged in WeThrive by which area of work they relate to and are listed against these areas, rather than being attached to any individual results. There must also be at least 4 completions in a group to view the team's set of comments.

WeThrive sends automated reminders to individuals whose survey responses are still in 'pending' status. However, these reminders are automated within the system and in no way means we can view individual results.

Example

The below screenshots display how the results are viewed in WeThrive.

In this example, 7 people took part in the survey in total. But only the Accounting team has at least 4 completions so they are the only team that can be selected to view separately from the overall results. See second screenshot to view the updated Accounting team dashboard.

Notice that there are 3 people not in the Accounting team who also took part. We are not able to view their team's scores as there are not enough completions maintain anonymity in this team.
