How to rename your filters

How to rename your 5 key filter options - Team, Location, Department, Unit, Manager

Administrators can rename the 5 key filters in the Settings area of their accounts. Whilst WeThrive provide standard filter names, administrators can now update these to reflect the data they choose to import.

For example, if WeThrive's 'Location' filter is used to segment employees by office, you can update the name of the filter to 'Office'. These updates will be reflected in all other administrator and manager logins.

Follow the steps below to edit your filter names:

  1. Go to Settings (the cog icons in the right hand corner)

  2. Click the Filters tab

  3. Here, you will find the 5 filter names. Type your new filter names in the boxes and click Update filter names to save your changes.

You may notice whilst on this page, that there is the option to add new filters to your account. Follow these steps to create new filters.
