Earlier this year, we released a new performance management module which included:
A performance review question set that can be sent ahead of 1:1s.
Setting up 1:1s between managers & employees.
Creating 'intelligendas' for 1:1 meetings using recent survey results, goals & OKRs.
Based on our customer feedback, we've made some improvements to the 1:1s feature:
Details on both of these updates are below!
Send an agenda summary ahead of the 1:1
Once you have set up a 1:1 in WeThrive, you can add relevant results, comments and notes to the agenda for discussion during the meeting.
Following this, you can now send a PDF summary of the agenda to yourself and the other participating user ahead of the 1:1 meeting. You can do this using our new button at the bottom the agenda labelled 'Send PDF agenda' - see below image.
Clicking the button at the bottom of a scheduled 1:1, triggers an email to be sent to both participants with a PDF attachment of the agenda summary.
What happens if both participants have logins to WeThrive?
If both the employee and manager have WeThrive logins, they can both access and update the shared agenda.
Both parties can resend the agenda summary at any point before the meeting.
Therefore, if a user has made some updates, they can share these with the other participant ahead of the 1:1 to make sure both users enter the meeting with a shared understanding of what will be discussed.
What happens if only the manager has a login to WeThrive?
If the manager has a login but the employee does not, only the manager can access and edit the agenda.
However, the manager can still send a PDF summary of the agenda to themselves and their employee via email using the new button.
Their employee will not be able to add to or edit the agenda from within a WeThrive login so the agenda remains under the control of the manager.
Make your 1:1 agenda full-screen
When having your 1:1, make the agenda you've created full screen by collapsing the left hand side of the agenda containing the employee's results, goals & OKRs.
You can collapse the 'Select agenda items' section of the agenda using the orange arrow button shown in the screenshot below on the left hand side.
Your agenda will then take up the whole screen making it easier to read and easier to focus on whilst having the 1:1 discussion.
