Download your custom reports
Once you have created a report on your Custom Reports page, comparing your results over time or to others, you can save this for offline use by downloading it...
Go to your report by heading to Surveys in the main menu > select Custom Reports.
Find your report you would like to save and on the right hand side, click the pink download icon.
You will be given the option to save your report as a PNG, JPEG, PDF or data file.
You can also use the 'Print chart' option to print the report or to edit the layout before saving as a PDF.
Download custom reports displayed on your homepages
If a report has been published to your homepages either by yourself, or by another user, you can download this by:
Going to the Trend Analysis section on the relevant homepage e.g. the 'Me' tab.
Click View on the report you'd like to download.
Click on the pink download button and choose the format to download your report.
