Reasons why you may be struggling to access your WeThrive account

There can be many reasons why you are unable to log in to your WeThrive account:

You have not been set up with an account

In order to login to WeThrive, your administrator must first give you access by setting you up as a user in the platform. Contact your administrator if you're unsure whether you have been set up with access.

You have not activated your login

If you did not activate your account when you were first added to the platform, then you will not have set a password and so cannot reset it.

If you did not activate your account via the activation email sent to your inbox, please contact your WeThrive Administrator (likely your HR team), who can resend this to you. The activation email will then allow you to set a password.

Your password is incorrect

This is a common issue and can easily be rectified by resetting your password via this page.

You have been locked out of your account

After 10 or more unsuccessful login attempts, the platform will lock your account and you can not log in. This is an added layer of security to help protect your account. To unlock your account, simply email support@wethrive.net and they will help you resolve.

You have been deactivated in the platform

Your administrator may have made you an inactive user in WeThrive, which prevents you accessing certain data. This typically happens when an employee leaves the organisation permanently or temporarily. Contact your Administrator to check you are still an active employee in WeThrive.

You are trying to login with Microsoft SSO when your email addresses don't match

If you are logging in using SSO with Microsoft Teams, your email address in WeThrive must match your Microsoft email address. If they do not match, logging in with SSO will not work.

If your email addresses are mismatched, contact your Administrator who can update your email address in WeThrive.
