Add recent feedback to a 1:1 meeting agenda

When scheduling your team's next 1:1s and creating the meeting agendas, you can add in recent feedback given about the employee by their peers.

First, you'll need to set up the 1:1 following these steps.

Once set up, follow these steps to add a piece of feedback to the agenda:

  1. From the Reviews > 1:1 agendas page, click Edit against your agenda.

  2. This will load a meeting agenda for you to populate - expand the Feedback section using the orange arrow against the title. This will display any feedback the employee has received in the last 6 months.

  3. To read the full piece of feedback, click on the Read in full link.

  4. To add a piece of feedback to the agenda for discussion, click on the orange + icon.

  5. The feedback will be added to the agenda on the right hand side, under the Feedback heading.

What does it mean if a piece of feedback has a padlock'symbol next to it?

If a piece of feedback has an orange padlock symbol against it as shown below, this means that the feedback is only visible within the manager's version of the agenda. Even when added to the agenda, the employee will not be able to view the feedback within their own version of the agenda, similarly to the hidden manager section.

When the agenda is sent out to the employee as a PDF, the locked feedback will not be displayed. However, the manager's version will include locked feedback.

Can the employee see the feedback given about them if it has been added to the agenda?

Employees can view all of their feedback within the agenda, UNLESS it has a padlock sign against it.
