Both employee users and manager users can edit & add to upcoming 1:1 meeting agendas. When updates are made, they can also send an updated version of the agenda to themselves and the other individual involved via email.
Agenda summaries can also be sent for 1:1 meetings that have already happened and have been saved as 'read only'.
To send meeting agendas, follow the steps below.
Send the agenda for one upcoming 1:1 meeting
Hover over Reviews in the main menu and select 1:1 Meetings from the drop down.
Find your 1:1 in the table.
If the agenda is ready for sending, simply click the icon under the Send agenda heading in the table.
If you want to make further changes, click the Edit icon against the 1:1. At the bottom of the agenda, click Send PDF agenda when ready.
Your meeting agenda will be emailed to both individuals who took part/are taking part in the 1:1.
Send meeting agendas for multiple upcoming 1:1 meetings
You can also send multiple meeting agendas at once from your 1:1 Meetings page.
Hover over Reviews in the main menu and select 1:1 Meetings from the drop down.
In your 1:1s table, tick the box next to each 1:1 meeting you would like to send the agenda for.
A pop up will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click Send agenda(s).
An email notification will be sent to both the employee and the manager completing the 1:1 with a PDF attachment of the agenda.
Any manager-specific sections will be hidden in the employee's version.
Send meeting agendas from past 1:1 meetings
Meeting agendas can now be resent at any time following the 1:1 being saved in it's locked 'read only' format. This means that you can resend previous meeting agendas to both of the individuals completing the 1:1 (the employee and manager) ahead of the next meeting, as a reminder of the conversation that was had, and any agreed actions that were sent.
Hover over Reviews in the main menu and select 1:1 Meetings from the drop down.
Find 1:1 meeting in the table.
Click the icon under the Send agenda heading to send the agenda to both parties.
To send multiple meeting agendas at once, tick the boxes on the left hand side against the 1:1s you want to re-send.
