Create a meeting agenda

Once you have scheduled a 1:1, you can then begin to create an agenda for your meeting using our Intelligenda function. Your employee will also be able to log in and add items to the agenda if they have an employee login.

  1. Hover over Reviews and select 1:1 Meetings from the drop down.

  2. Find the 1:1 that you would like to access and click the Edit icon in the table.

  3. You will then be able to select agenda items from the left hand side that you would like to discuss during the 1:1. If you selected a WeThrive conversation template when setting up the 1:1, some items may already be included in the agenda.

  4. Expand each section on the left hand side to view performance review responses, engagement survey results, peer feedback, and any goals/OKRs employees may have set.

  5. Click the + sign against an item to add to the agenda. Once added, it will appear in the relevant section on the right hand side.

  6. You can also add your own agenda items and talking points, as well as shared notes that your employee can view.

  7. Finally, you can fill out a ‘Talent Snapshot’ for your employee (visible only to yourself as a manager), to evaluate if they are performing in line with expectations based on a series of categories and assessing areas such as salary and progression.

  8. Scroll to the bottom of the agenda and click Save and send invite. A calendar attachment will be sent via email to the employee, and the manager will be cc'd.

To send a copy of a meeting agenda to both the employee and manager completing the 1:1 meeting, follow these steps.
