You can choose between two types of delivery.
You can select the pattern to automatically execute the survey periodically or to set it every time when you distribute.
Pulse
The survey will be conducted automatically at a set frequency. This is suitable for constant monitoring of the status.
One Shot
Conducts a survey only once at a set timing. It is suitable for users who want to set the exact timing of the survey.
Required settings for survey delivery
The survey can be distributed by setting the necessary items on the “Delivery Settings” page.
How to set up Pulse survey delivery
1. Click [Delivery Settings].
2. Click [Change Settings].
3. Click [Pulse].
4. Click [Delivery Frequency].
The number of questions to be delivered is automatically determined when you select the delivery frequency.
5. Set the [Delivery timing], [Response period], and [Automatic reminder].
Select the delivery timing for the reminder email that will be sent only to non respondents. We recommend that you set this option. *The delivery time of the reminder email is 10:30. However, the start time may be delayed depending on the number of items delivered.
6. Set [Deliver All Questions To Newly Registered Members] to ON.
Wevox recommends that you set this option to “ON”.
7. Click [Reflect Changes].
Once the above settings are completed, the survey will be sent out on the specified delivery date and time.
How to set up One-shot survey delivery
1. Click [Delivery Settings].
2. Click [Change Settings], and then select [One Shot].
3. Select [Number of Questions].
For the first time, the number of questions is fixed at 32.
For the second and subsequent times, please select from 8, 16, 24, or 32 questions.Recommended number of questions according to frequency
8 questions: Once every 2 weeks
16 questions: Once a month
24 questions: Once every 1.5 to 2 months
32 questions: Once every 3 months or more
5. Set the [Delivery Date].
Please select the date and time you would like the survey to be distributed.
6. Set the response period.
7. Set “Automatic Reminder

Can I stop a survey that has already been delivered ?
A:
Please understand that we are unable to stop (cancel) surveys that have already been distributed.
If you do not wish the survey result to be shown, please "hide" it by referring to the following article.
Please note that new surveys must be delivered after the due date of the survey response during the delivery period. (It will take some time to resolve the data inconsistencies that may occur.)

How to do it
1. Open the member information from [Members].
2. Select your preferred language in the language settings.
When importing languages in bulk, please enter the number of the relevant language in the "language_id" column. If not entered, the language will be unregistered and Japanese will be applied.
