Summary
The engagement survey has different setup procedures depending on whether the survey is delivered on a regular basis (pulse) or on a one-time basis (one shot). This article will confirm the target audience and explain the differences between each delivery method and the setup procedure.
Confirmation of delivery targets
You can check the number of delivery target and turn the delivery ON/OFF on the Wevox Engagement “Delivery Settings” screen.
The number of delivery target can be checked from the number of subscribers displayed in the “Delivery Target” column.
You can check the number of subscribers and turn on/off the delivery setting by clicking the “Change Settings” button.

Types of engagement survey delivery methods
You can choose between two types of delivery: pulse and one-shot.
Pulse
The survey will be conducted automatically at a set frequency. This is suitable for constant monitoring of the status.
One Shot
Conducts a survey only once at a set timing. It is suitable for users who want to set the exact timing of the survey.
How to set up Pulse survey delivery
1. Click [Delivery Settings].
2. Click [Change Settings].
3. Click [Pulse].
*Survey scores are calculated based on the settings at the time of delivery. Please update any information such as groups and attributes so that it is in the desired state by the delivery date.
4. Click [Delivery Frequency].
The number of questions to be delivered is automatically determined when you select the delivery frequency.
・Every 4 weeks (recommended): 16 questions
・Every 2 weeks: 8 questions
・Every 1 week: 4 questions
5. Set the [Delivery timing], [Response period], and [Automatic reminder].
About the response period
The response period will be until 11:59 p.m. on the date you set.
About reminders
Please select the timing for sending reminder emails, which will be sent only to those who have not responded. *Reminder emails will be sent at 10:30 a.m.
6. Click [Reflect Changes].
POINT
Regarding the number of questions: If there are no response data for the initial distribution or within the validity period, the survey will be distributed with 32 questions regardless of the number of questions you set. (For details, please see here.)
How to set up One-shot survey delivery
1. Click [Delivery Settings].
2. Click [Change Settings], and then select [One Shot].
3. Select [Number of Questions].
*Survey scores are calculated based on the settings at the time of delivery. Please update any information such as groups and attributes so that it is in the desired state by the delivery date.
4. Set the [Delivery Date].
The first time is fixed at 32 questions.
For the second time and thereafter, please choose from 8, 16, 24, or 32 questions.
Recommended number of questions based on frequency
4 questions: Once a week
8 questions: Once every two weeks
16 questions: Once a month
24 questions: Once every 1.5 to 2 months
32 questions: Once every 3 months or more

The response period will be until 11:59 p.m. on the date you set.

About reminders
Reminders are sent only to those who have not responded. Select the timing for sending reminder emails. *Reminder emails are sent at 10:30 a.m.

About the number of questions: If there are no responses within the initial distribution period or within the validity period, 32 questions will be distributed regardless of the number of questions you set. (For details, see here)

Q:How do I distribute to members without email addresses?
A:There are two ways to distribute the survey to members who do not have an e-mail address. Please check this article.
Q:Can I stop a survey that has already been delivered ?
A:Please understand that we are unable to stop (cancel) surveys that have already been distributed. If you do not wish the survey result to be shown, please "hide" it by referring to the following article.
Please note that new surveys must be delivered after the due date of the survey response during the delivery period. (It will take some time to resolve the data inconsistencies that may occur.)
Q:How can I distribute surveys in multiple languages?
A:Wevox can deliver surveys in the following languages.

*Since the relevant language requires setup by support, please request it separately via chat.
How to do it
Language settings can be configured for each member.
1. Open the member information from [Members].
2. Select your preferred language in the language settings.
When importing languages in bulk by file from “Create/Update Bulk”, please enter the number of the relevant language in the "language_id" column. If not entered, the language will be unregistered and Japanese will be applied.
