Summary
The following is the procedure to add more members to the survey after it has been delivered.
You can add additional survey targets to the survey during the delivery period.
If the survey period you want to add members to has already expired, please do the following after the survey response period has been extended.
How to do it
(1) Click the "Add" button in the "Add Survey Targets" section of the "Delivery Status" page.
(2) Select the person you want to send survey to from the members displayed in the modal window, and click the [Add] button.
If you use this method, the delivery will be made at the time you click "Add" in step 2.
Note
If there are no members who have “Delivery ON” and “Undelivered” at this time, the following message will be displayed. Please set “Delivery ON” in the member information beforehand.
