画面がグレーアウトしてしまい、メニューのボタンも選択できない事象があります。
理由としては、対象者や回答者のいないサーベイを実施してしまったときにエラーが起きているためです。

①配信状況にアクセスする
②-1 対象者のいないサーベイを実施していないか確認する
②-2 回答者のいないサーベイを実施していないか確認する

③②でいずれかを実施していた場合、そのサーベイを非表示にする

④オーバービュー、比較を確認

In some cases, the screen is grayed out and the menu buttons cannot be selected.

The reason for this is that an error has occurred when you have conducted a survey with no target audience or respondents.

How to deal with it

1. Access the Delivery Status.

2-1. Check if you have conducted a survey without survey targets.

2-2. Check if the survey was conducted without respondents.

3. If any of the surveys in (2) above are conducted, hide the survey. (Click here about "How to hide surveys results")

4. Check the overview and comparison.
