How Do I Update My Personal Information?

Need to update your name, email, address, or other details? How to keep your account information up to date in just a few steps.

Here's how to securely manage your personal information and what to do if certain fields can’t be changed directly.


What Can I Update Myself?

You can update the following details directly from your account:

  • Mobile Number

  • Password

  • Communication Preferences (SMS/Email marketing)

To do this:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to My Account > Profile

  3. Choose the detail you want to change and follow the prompts


How to Change Your Password

If you're logged in:

If you forgot your password:

  • Click Forgotten Password on the login screen

  • Enter your registered mobile number

  • You’ll receive a code to reset your password securely

Note: If your mobile number has changed, please update it first before resetting your password.


How to Update Your Phone Number

If logged in:

If you can't log in:

  • Reach out via chat or email with your old and new numbers

  • You’ll receive a verification code on the new number

  • Once verified, your number will be updated


How to Change Your Email Address

Email updates must be requested manually:

  1. Send an email from your new email address

  2. Mention your old registered email

  3. Attach a valid photo ID for verification

Once confirmed, your email will be updated securely.


How to Change Your Residential Address

To update your address:

  1. Reach out via chat or email

  2. Confirm your new address in writing

  3. Upload a Proof of Address document dated within the last 3 months (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)


What About Name or Date of Birth Changes?

For legal and security reasons, changes to your full name or date of birth are not self-editable.


To request an update:

  • Contact Support with a short explanation

  • Submit a valid government-issued document showing the correct information

  • The Support team will review and make the necessary updates


Can I Change My Country of Residence?

Due to regulatory and licensing restrictions, country changes are assessed case-by-case.
