What Can I Update Myself?
You can update the following details directly from your account:
Mobile Number
Password
Communication Preferences (SMS/Email marketing)
To do this:
Log in to your account
Navigate to My Account > Profile
Choose the detail you want to change and follow the prompts
How to Change Your Password
If you're logged in:
Go to My Account > My Profile
Select Change Password and confirm the change
If you forgot your password:
Click Forgotten Password on the login screen
Enter your registered mobile number
You’ll receive a code to reset your password securely
Note: If your mobile number has changed, please update it first before resetting your password.
How to Update Your Phone Number
If logged in:
Go to My Account > My Profile > Change Mobile Number
Enter the new number and confirm with a code
If you can't log in:
Reach out via chat or email with your old and new numbers
You’ll receive a verification code on the new number
Once verified, your number will be updated
How to Change Your Email Address
Email updates must be requested manually:
Send an email from your new email address
Mention your old registered email
Attach a valid photo ID for verification
Once confirmed, your email will be updated securely.
How to Change Your Residential Address
To update your address:
Reach out via chat or email
Confirm your new address in writing
Upload a Proof of Address document dated within the last 3 months (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)
What About Name or Date of Birth Changes?
For legal and security reasons, changes to your full name or date of birth are not self-editable.
To request an update:
Contact Support with a short explanation
Submit a valid government-issued document showing the correct information

Can I Change My Country of Residence?
