How to Withdraw Your Funds
Follow these steps to request a withdrawal from your casino account:

Step 2: Select the “Withdraw” Option
Click Withdraw
Choose from the available payment methods (based on your region)
Note: You can only withdraw to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds previously.
Closed Loop Policy
Withdrawals are processed using the same methods used for deposits, in order of use.
Example: If you deposited using Card A and then e-Wallet B, your withdrawals will be processed first to Card A up to the deposited amount, then to e-Wallet B.
Step 3: Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Input the amount you’d like to withdraw

Be careful—since this is under the Deposit page, avoid clicking a deposit button by mistake.
Important Notes
Once a withdrawal is processed, it can no longer be cancelled
If cancelled in time, the funds are returned instantly to your casino balance
You can re-initiate a new withdrawal request anytime
