Responsible Gaming starts with personal control. You can set various limits on your account to manage your gambling behaviour and ensure it remains safe and fun.

Available Limit Types:

  • Deposit Limit
Controls how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once reached, you cannot add more funds until the next period.

  • Net Loss Limit
Limits how much money you can lose in a defined time frame. Once the limit is hit, you cannot place more bets.

  • Wagering Limit
Puts a cap on the total amount you can wager over a selected period (daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Time Limit
Limits how long you can be logged into your account for gambling. You'll be logged out automatically once this time is reached.

  • Timeout (Short Break)
Temporarily prevents access to your account for a defined period, allowing you to cool off.

How Long Do These Limits Last?

You can set limits for:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly periods

Stricter limits (decreasing): Take effect immediately.
Relaxed limits (increasing): Trigger a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

Where to Set Limits:

  1. Navigate to the Limits section

  2. Choose and apply your preferred limit type
