If you feel your gambling is becoming a concern or you simply want to take a break, you can activate Self-Exclusion — a tool that blocks access to your account for a defined period.

How to Activate Self-Exclusion

Option 1: Through Your Account

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select Self-Exclusion and choose your desired duration

Option 2: Via Customer Support

  • Contact our team through Live Chat or Email

  • Request a specific exclusion period

  • You'll receive confirmation once it's applied

Self-exclusion activated through Customer Support does not take effect immediately. It will be applied after confirmation from our team.

Duration Options

  • You can set definite exclusion periods (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month)

  • For indefinite exclusions, reinstatement will only be considered after 7 days and is subject to approval

During the Exclusion

  • You will be logged out immediately (if initiated from your account)

  • You will not be able to log in, deposit, or play

  • Marketing communications will be disabled

What About My Funds?

You can still request withdrawals of any available balance. Contact our support team during your exclusion period to do so.

Ending or Extending Your Self-Exclusion

  • After the period ends, your account will automatically reactivate

  • You'll receive tools for setting personal limits and responsible gaming tips

  • Want to extend the exclusion? Contact Customer Support before your time ends

Privacy Matters

Your self-exclusion details are handled confidentially and securely, accessible only to authorized personnel and in compliance with privacy regulations.
