How do I cancel and return my subscription?
Click the Whim portal button below to log into your portal
Click on the subscription you would like to cancel
Click Cancel subscription
If this is an active subscription in your possession you will receive a return label in your email with return instruction
Follow the return instructions to end your subscription and return the device.
You will have 7 days from cancelling your subscription to return the device otherwise your account will be charged on the renewal date.
If you have sent back the device and were still charged, please contact support to resolve
