Your practice logo represents your clinic in Whippet Notes and is available to use on your letterhead, so the letters you send look branded and professional. You'll find it under Settings → Practice, at the top of the practice details card.
Uploading your logo
Go to Settings, then open the Practice page.
Next to the logo preview at the top of the card, click Upload logo.
Choose an image file from your computer — PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 2MB.
The preview updates as soon as the upload finishes; there's no separate save step. To replace your logo later, click Upload logo again and pick the new file — it replaces the old one straight away.
Using your logo on letters
Uploading your logo here makes it available for your letterhead — the branded header on client letters Whippet generates. Building the letterhead itself is a separate step in the letters settings: see Setting up your letterhead and Adding images to letters and letterheads.
If something goes wrong
"Unsupported file type." The file isn't a PNG, JPG, or WEBP. Save or export your image as one of those and try again.
"File is too large. Maximum size is 2MB." Resize or compress your image to under 2MB and upload again.
The upload fails. Check your internet connection and click Upload logo to try once more.
Your letterhead still shows the old logo. If you've already built a letterhead and then change your logo to a different file type (for example, from a PNG to a JPG), the letterhead may keep showing the previous image. Contact support and we'll refresh it for you.
For the rest of your clinic's details — name, contact number, address — see Your practice settings.
