Managing your consult records efficiently is crucial for maintaining an organised and clutter-free workspace. Whippet Notes provides you with the ability to archive and delete consult records that you no longer need. Here's how it's done.

On the Dashboard:

1. Select one or multiple consult records that you wish to archive or delete.

2. Click the Archive Record button.

3. Once confirmed, your consult records will appear in the Archived page on the side menu.

4. To delete your records permanently, visit the Archived page.

5. Select the record you wish to delete permanently.

6. Click the Delete button.

Important: Once a record is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please ensure you have selected the correct records before deletion.

If you accidentally archive a consult that you didn't intend to, you can easily restore it via the archived page by clicking the record and clicking the Restore button.

On a Consult Record:

1. Open the specific consult record you wish to archive.

2. Click the Archive button located at the top right corner of the screen.

By following these simple steps, you can keep your consult records organised and ensure that only relevant and necessary information is readily accessible. Remember to double-check before permanently deleting any records to avoid accidental data loss.
