You can now assign different user roles across your practice account. We have added an additional Admin role alongside the Veterinarian role.

Admin role capabilities

Admins can see all practice consultations via the Practice Consultations tab, providing greater visibility over all consults within the practice.

Via the Practice Consultations tab, admins are also able to see which consultations belong to which vets within the practice.

Admins can assign roles within the practice, here's how:

  1. Here you will see list of practice users.

  2. The role dropdown allows you to choose between a Veterinarian or Admin role.

  3. If you're looking to add additional users to your practices account, click the Invite Users button on the left menu.

  4. Users may need to log out and log back in for the changes to apply.

The Admin role is automatically assigned to the user who created the practice account.

FAQs

Q: What is the difference between role types?

A: Admins can do everything the Veterinarians role can do plus they have the ability to manage user roles and see all veterinarian consultations.

Q: Can users have multiple roles?

A: No, each user can only have one role at a time.

Q: Can I add multiple admins?

A: Yes, you can have multiple admins. In Practice Settings > Users, select the user you want to make an admin and change their role.
